Paul de Gregorio is the founder of Rally and a leading digital engagement & mobilisation strategist. Paul has worked with charities, campaign groups and membership organisations all over the world, including (but not limited to), American Civil Liberties Union, Amnesty International, Anti Slavery International, Cancer Research UK, Friends of the Earth, Greenpeace, Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants, The Labour Party, Mermaids, Plan UK, Refuge, Stonewall, Terrence Higgins Trust, The Trussell Trust and UN Women UK – to deliver mobilisation, fundraising and campaigning activity that engages the public at scale and inspires them to take action.

Helen Hector leads on strategy at digital mobilisation agency Forward Action. She’s worked with dozens of progressive organisations to attract and activate supporters online to use their time, money and voice for their cause.

Andrew Taylor-Dawson joined Liberty in September 2017 to manage the organisation’s membership programme and fundraise from individual supporters. Andrew has worked in fundraising for ten years and prior to working for Liberty was a freelance fundraising consultant. He has worked for organisations in the social justice, homelessness and international development sectors and is currently a member of Global Justice Now’s board. He joined Liberty due to his passion for human rights and social justice and a desire to work for a campaigning organisation again.

Cam St-Omer Donaldson is a dynamic fundraiser and leader, bringing heart, passion & vibes to the sector since 2012. She has recently joined Fundraising Everywhere as Head of Engagement & Relationships, using her experience within charities to create awesome member experiences and lead the new membership growth & strategy. She began her fundraising journey as a Telephone fundraiser over 10 years ago, then joined the British Red Cross in 2016, making Fundraising compliance accessible through inclusive learning and training. She has held many positions at BRC since then, including Supporter Experience Lead, Head of Fundraising Compliance & Quality Assurance and leading their Fundraising & Marketing department on culture, change and engagement.
